Evergreen Blend

Evergreen is our house blend, a balanced medium roast made for daily brewing. Smooth and slightly syrupy with notes of bittersweet chocolate, soft caramel, and a hint of citrus. Clean finish, no sharp edges. It performs well across all brew methods and pulls a great espresso. As fresh crops rotate in, the blend may shift slightly, but the character stays consistent: sweet, versatile, and easy to love.
