Origin Coffee Club Live Brewing Class Coffee Kit

Join us for a guided live brewing class featuring two unique coffees from Rwanda. This kit is designed to help you taste how origin, processing, and roast approach can shape the final cup. Each kit includes two Rwandan coffees roasted by Aspen Coffee Co. and prepared specifically for the live class. You’ll brew both coffees side by side, compare how they differ, and learn how to better identify sweetness, acidity, body, and overall balance in the cup. Each kit includes: - Two different Rwandan coffees - One Third Wave Water packet - Coffee info cards - Recommended brew recipes What you’ll need: - A conical brewer, such as a V60 or Origami dripper, and/or an AeroPress - A kettle - Filtered water - A grinder - A scale - A mug or carafe We’ll provide recipes for both conical brewing and AeroPress for each coffee, so you can follow along with whichever brewer you have at home. Small Kit - 120g each Best for one person. Includes enough coffee to brew and taste both coffees during the class. Large Kit - 240g each Best for two people, or for anyone who wants extra coffee to brew again after the class. Orders will be prepared specifically for this class and will be available for pickup or shipped the week of July 12.
