Each delivery includes two 12 oz bags of our current single origin offerings, featuring coffees selected for clarity, sweetness, and a strong sense of place. These are the same limited coffees we release as individual drops, delivered on a recurring schedule so you can always explore what we’re roasting right now. Because we roast in small batches and release coffees as they become available, selections may change over time. New coffees are not guaranteed every cycle. If your subscription renews before a new origin is released, you may receive the same coffee again. We prioritize quality and consistency over forcing rotation. Occasionally, subscriptions may include small experimental or limited coffees that aren’t released publicly.
